Virginia Beach makes the list at #37.
Alexandria squeaks in at #43. Nothing in the DC metro area otherwise.
Chesapeake at #48.
Vienna dragged down by numbers of mattress stores and pretentious assholes.

look on google maps, you see rich luxury urban sprawl by gov workers all across america - ie esp in CA and colorado
look closer to see the playgrounds for the rich, casinos etc. you'll need a plane

they are the worst places to live if you aren't rich and politically connected
many rich people are extremely cheap and treat others like dirt. and the politically rich are the kinds that pay police well to keep the town in fear while they rape the town
