The air in the house is always bad. A lot of dust comes in during the day and it is difficult for me to clean.

Stanley Steamer will clean your home and air ducts. It's worth it for an older house.

Hey! Moving to a big house my husband and I Install air conditioner and vents! It was a very cool decision. The air in the house became much cleaner. But for the ventilation opening to work well, it needs to be cleaned regularly. I found a cool service to clean the ventilation openings.I can recommend you this site https://comfortclean.com/dryer-vent-cleaning/ .You deserve clean air and good service. I recommend from the heart!

Air duct cleaning is worthless and can make matters worse. Upgrade your air filters. The old fiberglass ones are horrible. Go with one that’s rated Merv 5 or higher. The higher the Merv rating the more it filters. Merv 11 is hospital grade but it restricts airflow quite a bit. Merv 5 is a good balance between air flow and filtration. It will trap most dust, pollen and pet hair and dander. I change my filters monthly. It’s a little pricey but worth it. If I have overnight guests in the house that have been traveling. I will use Merv 11 it traps bacteria and viruses.
You can also get those portable air cleaners. I used one at work since I had to share an office with a gas bag. The air cleaner I used had a hepa filter with an activated charcoal filter along with a UV light to kill germs. It worked great I no longer had to run out into the hallway to breathe.
