i had a short bought of playing games in my mid 30's when i could find work and needed a break anyway (long stresses never mind that) because i was sick of TV NEWS and hadn't watched sitcoms in years, for my tv time.
gamestop was great. if you didn't need a recent release you could get a new game for say $20 and a used one for $10, and get say 20hr to 40hr of "TV entertainment" out of it. you could then sell it back so someone else could avoid watching news for $2

i bet the units having higher cost, bad economy, units recording you to police as you play, units pushing online only access (must buy game then also access too) ....
microsoft ruined the gaming industry on the PC. it's no surprise that in the days of facist obama gov that these big companies in control will burn out the market in greed of continually colluding to make games un-obtainable except at greater expense. and if your iphone does it for $1. there you go.

guess what new ones are opening in Detroit. suckas ! no games for whitey. they are all going to another area !
