Any good ones out there that wont rob you blind for re-keying? last time i had that done i went to baldinos, and they charged me close to 200 bucks to re-key brand new locks ( 4 i think ), that i took into one of their stores.....wasnt even a "house call" re-keying.

Why the fuck would you re-key brand new locks? If you want four locks with the same key you rummage through the inventory until you find four matching serial numbers.

If you want to re-key existing locks, look online for replacement cylinders. Most decent brands can be found for $40-60 each and most places will match the keys for free.

Usually that request is made regarding stolen property. He doesn't have the keys because he stole whatever it the locks are attached to.

Forget about "experienced" locksmiths, "New Yorkers" from New York City can smell money from 10 feet away and more , money has magical qualities of disappearing when New Yorkers are anywhere around close to it , If you ever have left a wallet hidden on the beach in your chair covered by a towel or in anything anywhere New Yorkers are nearby including your wallet in your pants and it disappears you know it is true
