Caught these Asian and White guys trying to jack my bicycle seat

They just looked at me stunned and ran away after I pulled out my cell phone. I didn't report them, but now the seat won't say in place after I put it back in.
There eyes looked like they were under the influence of cocaine or some kind of drug.
