Invincible.

And they think like this because they are coddled by their parents and come from good backgrounds where they get everything they want. They don't have to face the real world until they're out of college and that's a loooooong time for many of these kids.

They feel they can do whatever they want, whenever they want and however they want without facing any repercussions for their actions. It's amazing to me that kids are STILL drinking and driving despite the warnings and consequences of doing so.

They were at a party and driving at 1:30am. Even though the article doesn't say anything about drinking, wait until the toxicology report are released. This is less than 2 miles from another tragic incident several years ago.

My kids know not to drink and drive. They have a DD and understand that they aren't allowed to drive past midnight. Parents now a days give their kids a long leash and unfortunately think they are invincible. Every now and then they need to be reminded of this - share this article with your children!

Since Virginia has no problem with repeat drunk driver's, why should I care if their killing 250 people a year. Tell SEN.Saslaw to get off his ass and write a drunk Driving law that works.
