Same incident in two different stores. One in Fairfax County and the other in Prince William County. First store was looking at dress shirts and asked an employee who was stocking the floor if they had any short sleeve shirts. She looked at me like I had three heads, so I asked again a little louder because she obviously didn't hear me. Again, just a stare. So, I basically screamed my question. By this time, another employee came up to me and said she didn't speak English. WHAT THE HELL WAS SHE DOING ON THE FLOOR WHERE SHE'D HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC? Same incident in the shoe department of another store. If these store employees can't speak English, THEY NEED TO BE KEPT IN A BACK ROOM SOMEWHERE OUT OF CONTACT WITH THE PUBLIC!!!

If you are going to live here, LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH!!!!!

1) Non-English speaking, no product knowledge nor customer service skills.

2) English speaking, no or minimal product knowledge and customer service skills.
Cost of shirt: $40.00

3)English speaking, excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.
Cost of shirt: $70.00
