Police say a Dale City woman falsely claimed she was robbed when a man she arranged to buy marijuana from didn’t give her the drugs.

Amanda Twomey told police that she arranged to meet Jackson Crisler in that area to buy marijuana from him. She said that when she met him there, Crisler “pulled out a handgun and demanded money, and fled"

-----------

Police investigated and found that Twomey was not robbed, but “voluntarily gave [Crisler] money to purchase marijuana from another party,” Perok said in the news release. Crisler “instead took the money without providing [Twomey] with the marijuana,” Perok said.

===========
she was robbe and i can't see how she was arrested for reporting a robbery. the police are just as bad a menace, hauling her in at gunpoint (else she'd have said "NO ASSHOLES GO AWAY"), and demanding money - also kidnapping her - just 19

legally they are wrong. a ruling would say "you have the responsibility to hold to your money tight. only for large sums of money can the town afford to use it's resources to hunt a recovery in such a case"

never should the law prosecute someone stolen from

especially when the complaint was: ARMED ROBBERY

THE COMPLAIN WAS ARMED ROBBERY, not just fled with pot money, and the police said "fuck you we'd shoot you unarmed first. pay bail bitch. we don't give a shit if mexicans are robbing you at gunpoint"

this is one reason why police NOT to allow counties to pay police big to protected unionized gov staffers: because when it comes down to it there are allot of sacks of shit out there who will abuse power

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

these police have become a huge public danger

you report an armed robbery and the police point a weapon at you and rob you

MEANWHILE there's an armed robber on the streets that might kill someone innocent in town

so i warn the public a crazy spic holding up people at gunpoint is on the loose

these fucking cops are more worried about pressing very minor "attempt to get pot" charges

(note: "admitted attempt to get a little pot" isn't illegal in the books: possession of pot is, where it is illegal. consipiracy laws are STRICTLY FOR MURDER AND BANK ROBBERY (or huge stock fraud

legally: conspiracy laws are illegal. that is: i can say "i want to run a stop sign" or "i plan to run a stop sign". however i may change my mind: and it is perfectly legal)
