Arrest/Ticket Search...Is Data Updated?

Is the data in the arrest/ticket search queried in real-time? I know that I have at least one speeding ticket in the past few years, but the data seems to stop in 2009. I find it highly unlikely that no one in my neighborhood has a moving violation in more than 4 years.

When you go into the ticket search, click on the link for the old interface.
