Reston Blob in Lake Anne

Anyone ever seen anything like this? This was posted yesterday on restonian.org

I've seen several smaller ones in Lake Anne too.

1. Sadly, their is no Tippys in Reston.

Someone left out the contractor out in the rain. I don't think I can take because it took him so long to caulk it, and I'll never have that canope again. Oh noooooooooooooooooooo.................
