Hello. I'd like to report to the "authorities" about a fraudulent business being run out of a home in Fairfax county with filthy conditions in the home.

How does one go about that? And how to report owner for abusing animals?

They threatened me with absolutely unfounded claims after I spoke up against their abuse of other people's pets and filthy conditions. First, the entire county is like this now. Wake up.

Second... it's going to get much worse in the next few years as the borders open up and taxes go sky high. Those fuckers living there will look like an empty house compared to the busloads that will arrive soon. More commerce goes "underground" when Uncle Joe adds more taxes because nobody really wants to pay for more people in your neighbor's house.

I'm sure it is. That's really not the issue. If you dropped your pet off at a place where you thought it was being cared for and found out it was being mistreated you'd be singing a different tune. The tax evasion and unsanitary conditions are just secondary issues.

The answer is to call Code Enforcement. Best way to do that is through your Supervisor's Office.

That the entire County is like that is only fair. For too long the burden of sheltering large numbers of low paid workers in illegal living conditions has fallen on the low cost neighborhoods in the eastern and southern part of the County. While the immigrant surge contributed to it, it was happening anyways. It was the consequence of Fairfax County's decision to become a business center without having made plans for an adequate supply of low cost housing that businesses needed.

Thank you for your help. I don't think the amount of people living in the house really matters when they're living in conditions such as this and being overcharged by manipulative slumlords.

If that is a house where people are living at the house can and should be condemned immediately, especially if children are involved.

Dirt and dust and mold can kill you over time. If don't report it and someone gets sick, that will be on you.

If your supervisor is one of the democrats that I wrote last year about numerous similar situations, save your time.

They basically told me that immigrants are being treated unfairly by society and that any attempt to enforce current laws and policies is racist and unfairly penalizes them. Translation - they aren't doing shit about any of it. And they didn't.

I frequently call the county on such code violations with no result. I am convinced that the county inspectors are bribed with money or sexual favors.

Ever seen one the Fairfax County inspectors? Faces only a mom could love
and none of them ever missed a meal. Taking bribes is their only joy
in life. Call them out on it next time they arrive on site.

If it is a business, forget the slumlord stuff and stick to that. Call a TV station, especially if you can get some better pictures.

I don't think that it's your business to judge how many people live in a home. It's someone's own business, and you should take care of your deals. Also, I think you should provide some evidence before saying that this is a fraudulent business. I also had such a neighbor like you. I modified my house and made it more significant for my family. The guys from boutiquehomeplans.com helped me to expand it. I was delighted with their work and the design they provided me. Anyway, the conflict with my neighbor was solved by the police.

The number of people living in a residence on a cumulative basis can affect the quality and performance of utilities. It can affect the availability of on street parking and can interfere with the flow of traffic. It can affect overcrowding of schools. On a personal level it can affect noise levels and be a factor in the condition of properties. There are reasons why the law limits the number of people who can live in a residence, and it isn't just a way of protecting the residents of the overcrowded housing.

Mind your business, I like my cheap labor. So what if they're drunk all the time, beat their wives and molest little kids? I for one like the lines of a 1994 Honda Civic lowered to the ground with a rear spoiler wider than the car with a glorious sounding loud, fart can muffler. Celebrate the diversity!
