Song Que needs to move to a better location instead of shutting down. Their sandwiches are fantastic.

If as Chuck is saying the tenants are coughing up protection money, that comes on top of the high rents, which would suck.

I think the crime angle has pretty much mellowed out there now. Still some gambling, those folks love it, but who the fuck cares.

So the Post story says raw sewage backs up into the kitchens of restaurants, and the Health Department hasn't shut them down? And people still go there to eat? Crazy.

The Ebenstein's are slum landlords. They were also disbarred from practicing law. They were personal injury lawyers who were caught defrauding their clients.

History - You're thinking of George Lincoln Rockwell. He was shot at a strip mall on Wilson Blvd. That was in 1967.
