Fairfax underground thread removal

Just out of curiousity, what do you think prompted the removal of the Megan Toohey thread? I personally think it was (compounded by the rest) the posting of her boyfriends number, as he is not a user of this forum. Cary usually leaves these things up, but redacted.

i read the rules on redacation. n.i. military which i won't discuss.

they ARE NOT ALLOWED TO REDICATE OR REFUSE VIEWING OF ANY COURT DOCUMENTS THEY ARE ALL PUBLIC

unless the case has "sealed items" (personal info like credit card, address) or involved identity of minors in (a poor light)

they have to release any document and they have to redicate ONLY what is allowed ot be redacated

they have no choice. that's the law. the bullshit about congress blacking out things. total crap if you challenge it.

only the energy dept. can ! (if you allow 2007 laws? i don't) and ONLY if the energy dep.t chief is not a fucking foreigner (that's my rule, and yes i insist)
