The Biden stock market set a new record, closing above 35,000 for the first time ever, including during the four year term of the one-term former president and genius businessman Trump.

Stock market up in spite of Biden, not because of Biden. See Biden’s deficit spending and paying people not to work, causing inflation. Corporate Earnings are strong, and the market sees the republicans in the senate keeping the democrats and Biden from going really crazy.

I remember when we were a sovereign nation, the border was under control, gas prices were low, there was little to no inflation, there was much less fighting in the middle east, and other countries in the Middle East were entering into peace agreements with Israel. We had a organized plan to withdraw from Afghanistan; had record unemployment in the Black community and record GDP growth while keeping the Chinese unfair trade practices in check. But all of that was wayyyyyyyyyyyy back (like 7 months ago) before president Harris and vice president Biden took over.

The Trump Economy won't be able to sustain the crushing blows of the Harris/Biden inflationary policies for long. Enjoy while you can before gas goes to $50 a gallon because of the double-digit inflation on the horizon.

What would double-digit inflation be? Per month or in a year?

Biden's deficit spending! what about Trump's deficit spending? Massive deficits caused by tax cuts is still deficit spending. The 2020 stimulus payments that were approved by Congressional Republicans in bills Trump signed still increased deficit spending.

The thing driving the stock market is for those seeking a decent rate of return on investment it is still frequently the only game in town. Cash earns nothing. Bonds pay next to nothing. Real estate is beyond the reach of the typical investor and is illiquid. Meanwhile the stock market keeps churning out decent rates of return year after year despite the talk of it being overvalued.

Lumber went from $522.40 last July to $584 now. An increase of just under 12% to steel's 271% increase.
