The Officer Was Black, The kid was shot in the back. The kid grabbed the gun...
No the kid was shot some distance away not in the back, No gunpowder residue..by a white cop, at least for now. I have posted already the kid was a thug a strong armed robber a criminal. That he was by the video in the store, but he should not have been shot down for that. Im feeling now that the copper got into a panic with engaging him and started shooting and because the kid was 6-4 300lbs kept spraying lead and praying till the kid went down.

No here's a good question. If some pimple faced gun control advocate like some that post on FXU sees someone legally carrying a handgun openly in a holster in Va. Can the pimply creep try to grab that gun from the person with out any consequences. I say No and they may be shot if they try.. So...Actually grabbing a gun from a cop or any ones holster is reason to use deadly force because "What is the person going to do with the gun if they get it.. shoot the cop, the person or anyone else in a maniac rampage..Fear of Life or Others Life is justified.

you try to get a cops gun while ATTACKING him = FELONY
add to that, when cop gets out of car you charge at him (VIOLENT ACT) = you will be shot in ANY state

To placate the morons rioting. The officer will not see a second of jail time and will probably just be transferred to another service or unit within the same service. He did nothing wrong according to the use of force training. A 6'4'', 300 pound man was charging at him moments after reaching for his gun. This scenario could obviously cause grievous bodily harm to the officer which means he's justified in using lethal force. Case closed.

If the youth had gunpowder residue on his hands , or his prints on the gun taht will be damming agaist him.

You are acting like the officer has to prove his innocence, it's the other way around. He doesn't have to prove that the male was running at him, the other side has to prove that he wasn't. The officer doesn't have to prove that the suspect reached for his gun, the other side has to prove that he didn't. The "guilty until proven" innocent bullshit that has started in this country is crazy.
He's a cop. He shot a suspect. He claims the suspect was running at him and he feared for his life. If you want jail time for him, YOU have to prove that he's lying. He doesn't have to prove shit.

Just because a man is unarmed doesn't mean he's not dangerous. How many officers would have put their weapon back in its holster and taken on Brown one on one? Had Wilson done that he might be the one in the morgue and I wouldn't be typing this because it wouldn't be a story outside of Missouri.

No I just want to see justice applied to all. So what hes a cop..Is his life worth more then yours or mine..when it comes to using deadly force? I understand letting the facts play out. If it comes out that multiple gunshots entered through the back or that all bullets were fired from above (meaning the suspect/victim was on his knees) then I'll be the first one calling for this officers head. The few facts that have come out though, do not paint this picture.
The odds are against the murdered individual here. 99% of these scenarios where an officer shoots a person, it's absolutely justified. Is this the 1%? Sure doesn't look like it from the facts that have been released.
