Jackhammers in Centreville

Does anyone know what in the hell they are constructing at Rt. 66 in Centreville every night?

The nightly noise starts at about 11pm and goes for 3-4 hours. For the past 2 weeks it sounds like jackhammers every night.

Last night I couldn't even hear Erika Gonzales say "Honzales"! And it's confusing my Sleep Number bed!
