I know I am going to get flamed by trolls with this post but I am putting it out there anyways. Been with the same company for 18 years, same position for over 12 years. I would like to look for a new job and have no idea where to start. Any recs for someone who can put together a resume, and what web sites do people use these days to look for jobs? Any help would be appreciated, and the expected negative comments I will ignore.

Read the reviews and take heed!
PS Stay away from third party recruiters. They waste your time, and you can get a better salary without their involvement.

If you are concerned about the issue of finding a job, then why don't you approach this issue more radically. I mean a complete change of residence. If you are ready for such serious steps, then I advise you to look at the niche developer job board. If you are interested in this, then you will find a lot of great offers there.
