A lot of people in Nova have nice cushiony jobs, make a lot of money, and live in beautiful homes. While that's all fine and dandy, beneath the surface, they're crumbling, that picture perfect image is only a facade, and it's only because of prozac and other medications that they're able to make it from one day to the next. You don't have to live like that, Jesus came to set ALL people free from the burdens and chains that makes them feel like they're in prison eternally. Let him be your escape, let him be your way out! He's come to set the captive free, regardless of your race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, education level, he doesn't care. All he wants is someone who is willing to embrace him.

Opiate to the non-thinking.
I have no beef with Jesus, or Christians, especially when practitioners of the faith keep it out of my face. However, Christianity is evangelical, and the goal is recruitment, same as with other "cults". The reason people don't think THEIR religion is NOT a cult is because they happen to believe the story.

How anyone, in this day and age, could deny evolution , for example, is a testimony to people's unwillingness to think for themselves. Remember, the Catholic hurch didn't officially concede tht the earth went around the sun until the late twentieth century.

Jesus, if he is realin a supernatural sense, DOES save: he, and his Father, save us from ignorance by allowing us to glimpse the real nature of the univers: the big bang, evolution, etc. The Church will accept these truth eventually. Then, ironically , religion will evolve.

Who is this man jesus? Is he in one of the new illegal detention centres we have in the area now? I think some of my family is close now maybe I will get them out of the new detention centre if I can get them away from the nice tvs, beds, and toys for all their kids. Citizenship is in reach for all of us soon!
