Uh, I'm not sure what you are talking about. It seems you are confusing two recent incidents. The Windsor, VA incident (happened in December, but video just released) was a nighttime traffic stop with no shooting. The Brooklyn Center, Minn. incident happened during the day and a black kid was ventilated by a white woman cop.
