Not at all. We were mostly people who had outgrown our starter homes and wanted to move to Fairfax to get away from the illegals and the headaches that go with them. Columbia Pike apartment buildings were turning into 3rd world shit holes also and that's where the majority of the lived. When my son was in the 4th grade he was one of the two students in his class who spoke English at home.
