Says that in Fairfax County people turned down jury duty because they were not citizens. However, at least 117 of these people have a voting history.
Please explain.

According to the genius on this forum known as Radiophile, there is no voter fraud, so I am comfortable with them not prosecuting crimes that he says do not exist.

All 117 should have been arrested immediately.

People say lots of things to get out of jury duty. Only a bunch of total dickheads would automatically believe that these people were telling the truth. He's correct, and the extremely few cases of voter fraud that do occur almost all involve tampering by election officials and observers, not by actual voters. Voter impersonation -- the type of voter fraud that actually does involve voters -- is extremely rare. Chances are that NONE of the cases contemplated in the article involves actual voter fraud, one reason why officials should not be anxious to throw scarce resources at them.

If these were the ones isolated because of jury duty, I wonder how many non-citizens are voting that weren't called to jury duty. I have never understood why we need translators at the polls to help read a ballot of names--when you need to read English to pass the citizenship test. Every polling place in Fairfax is required to have a Spanish translators. Other language translators are available on request (you may have to wait for the translator to arrive at the poll.)

Regardless of how much dems deny it, illegals are their single largest voting constituency. Dems will do anything to keep them voting, as that's the only shot they have at getting elected.

You beat me to it. I've lived in Fairfax for over 25 years and I've only been called for jury duty twice.

Lots more questions to jurors than to voters. Just one little block on the form. And, besides, we are not saying these are illegals. We are just saying that they are not citizens. I doubt very many illegals are voting, but I suspect there are lots of legal residents who are not citizens voting.

Voting rights for aliens were assured as of 1776 in the Virginia Bill of Rights. They were however done away with in 1850. That's 18-fucking-50. Non-citizens may not register or vote in Virginia. Dumb fucks!

Come on, loser. DMV has registration FORMS. The little old ladies at Metro stations have registration FORMS. Those FORMS have to go to the County Clerks office for verification against state and county databases. If there are questions, they will contact you. If or once it all checks out, THEN you will be registered to vote.

What would be the point? The County needs a pool of about 60,000 potential jurors each year. Why would anyone care if a whole 117 people lied to get out of it?

the constitution does not guarantee rights of non-citizens who maraud by getting 3x-15x the pay gov jobs while the law clearly said: no
