This is true. I will not argue)) But it is one thing to defend your rights with the help of the court. And another thing is to find a partner who really understood and accepted you. I know a lot of non-standard people. This can be traced back to dating sites, try here. You can live in a tolerant state, but walking up to a guy and meeting (another guy) still might not be the best idea.

That their moral code came through Christianity and Islam to dominate much of the world is a historical accident. There is nothing inherent in a homosexual or lesbian lifestyle which is inconsistent with leading a decent life. Gays and lesbians can be good neighbors. They can be good co-workers, bosses and employees. They can be good customers and they can be good providers of goods and services. History has shown they can be good warriors. That it isn't YOUR preferred sexual orientation does not mean it isn't an acceptable choice for others.
If you were secure in your sexual orientation then gays and lesbians pose no threats to you.
