No boutique outfits like Zengo or Soulcycle in the County? All we have are the rec centers? This place is Hickville. Who is our sheriff, Andy Taylor?

You're asking a bunch of basement-dwelling, corpulent, acne-encrusted, pizza-eating, Mountain Dew-swilling adolescents for spinning advice? LOL!

50/50 Girls and guys in those South Rec center spinning classes, crazy music too ..Its cool not Hick. plus the pool big two story exercise machine weight room with flat screen TVs on many of the exercise machines. Personal fitness trainers available all with lots of certs and experience as the Park Auhority wants only the best people to provide this service at the Rec centers.

The rec center at Spring Hill in Mclean has all this too and its getting a new gym with a elevated jogging track above the new gym around the edge. Next Year it will be open,

Oak Mar just got a new two story exercise area it will open soon and there is a spin room there too with a full true Olympic 50 meter pool and seperate high dive deep well.Plus hand ball raquatt ball spas, saunas. on and on.

You can buy a rec pass for a month, three or 4 months 6 months 9 months or a year, or a 25 visit pass with a 2 year expiration or pay each visit.

If you get a pass of any kind you can go to all 9 Fx Co Rec centers from George Washington right by Mt. Vernon Vernon to Cub Run out by Westfield in Chantilly. theres 9 of em. They are a great deal especially when you can work out at the centers all over the county and go to as many of them as you want unlimted visits each day Am Lunch Pm if you want. they have all kinds of classes and a quarterly magazine park Takes which you can get a free subcription to with all classes/services offered. Tons of em.

Many of the rec centers have other offerings as well Audrey Moore has a mountain bike system of trails around the park. Plus there are soccer field ball fields tennis and Oak Mar has a golf driving range next to the Rec Center.

Go Visit the Fairfax County Park Authority's Rec centers and you will see they are far beyond anything else in any county or City in Va.and far beyond. Even Mont Co Md, cant hold a candle to the sheer horsepower of Fairfax County's 1,000,000 + citizens and their Rec Center facilities

You're thinking in the right direction because this class is really good for training and getting your body in tone. It is really necessary to do sport because it protects you from many diseases and makes your gastrointestinal tract working normally. I have a spin bike at home and very important detail for me was to have the best spin bike seat because it makes the training more comfortable. A comfortable seat relieves pressure, thus preventing you from getting sore and let you ride for long without feeling pain therefore you can train for a longer time.

I hope it will be a good acquisition as my budget is limited
