Poor insurance companys can only make 20% profit fucking OBAMA.

So they get millions of government-guaranteed customers for expanded coverage policies at higher rates with government subsidies for those who otherwise couldn't pay the higher rates, in exchange for being limited to "only" a 20% profit margin based on a cost-plus model and they retain a the ability to raise premiums as needed.

Yeah, we really stuck it to those nasty old insurance companies. lol

If you hadn't noticed pretty much all of these companies are seeing large increases in profits and stock value as a result.

They don't provide health care. Nor do they have a lot to do with the increasing costs for health care delivery.
