In the house: none

If its too cold I run an electric room heater

The central unit is a giant electric hair dryer

Instead of heating all the rooms I'm not in, I heat only the room I'm in.

My bitchy wife hates it AND refuses to come here: win-win
(If she'd STFU, I'd consider turning the heat on, however, she is incapable of STFU.)

There are couple of good smart thermostats available in the market to cater all heating and cooling issues. In these smart thermostat there are following brands available.

Carrier Smart thermostats (Remote Access Touch Control , Remote Access Touch Control With Wireless Router models are available)
Nest Thermostats (learning, smart and smart pro models are in the market)
Honeywell (WiFi and Wire both are in the market)
Ecobee
Lennox
Goodman
Braeburn
