You assert over 10 million have gained health insurance. That is obviously deceitful. First, most of these people had policies, which were cancelled because of the law. Many, many of them are paying more than previously and are unhappy about it.

I'll also note that Americans are forced to buy insurance. Most waited until the last minute to purchase it. Buying it is often just a better choice than the IRS coming after you.

As noted above, the administration has made numerous illegal, unconstitutional changes to the law. An appeals court just ruled against the federal subsidies, and now the SC will probably rule on this.

Wait until the fall when the employer mandate kicks in. Many more will lose their insurance and rates will rise.

The federal government is subsidizing much of this. The hidden costs are enormous, and the CBO has dramatically increased its estimate of the cost of Obamacare.

In a GAO investigation, 11 of 12 bogus online applications were granted federal subsidies under the law. This program is an enormous opportunity for fraud. It will like ended up being much more fraud-filled than the Social Security Disability program, where fraud accounts for close to half of all money paid out.

The administration has acted in flagrant violation of the law and the Constitution. It has cost tens of billions in waste and fraud already.

American voters elected a community organizer to the White House. It was far and away the greatest mistake that they've ever made.

And I just saw that the Obama administration is exempting Puerto Rico, Guam, and three other territories from the law. According to the article, it had told them it could not exempt them because territories were explicitly included but later decided to exempt them. The reason was because residents did not get the subsidies and were not required to buy it. Requirements made insurance too expensive and markets collapsed.

So more Obamacare failure and illegality. Obamacare is obviously the greatest domestic policy blunder in U.S. history. What's worse?
