New BBQ joint in C'ville

Taking wagers on how long that place will be in business. I recognize they just opened and they may have some bugs to work out, but I ate there this evening and waited in line for 20 mins to order. Food is avg and lest you think there is a line out the door because it's good food, it's because they have no idea what they're doing (nevermind Centreville is spelled "Centerville" on the van outside the store. Amazing.).

It's overpriced. $8 for a sandwich, $15 with sides and a drink, pass, Subway's BBQ really isn't that far off.

You are complaining $8 is too much for a real made BBQ sandwich but you will happily pay $7 for a big mac meal at mcdonalds?

People don't know the VALUE of REAL COOKED FOOD- not that overprocessed commercial stuff....it is WORTH IT to pay a LITTLE MORE for REAL FOOD.

Everyone is expecting a ruth chris caliber meal at a mcdonalds price- it just wont happen folks!!!!!
