True or False?

The new silver line is only a big deal if you live near one of the new stations and you are commuting into DC for work or if you are a DC or PG black wanting to come to shop at the Tyson's Corner Malls?

For everybody else who lives in Fairfax County, it's easier for us to just drive to the areas the new stations are serving.
