John K. Wood, Thomas Lowe, Chris Hershey and the entire 29 Diner team invite you to join them this weekend (19th 12-5 p & 20th 12-5 p) to celebrate the 29 Diner's 67th anniversary.

Bring the kids and bring an appetite! Plenty of fun things for the kids and great food & beverage for all! Valet parking!

Open from time to time for parking lot events. Completion of restoration and full reopening targeted for Labor Day, but there's a lot of work to do, and whenever you do a lot of work, you find a lot more work that needs doing, so we'll see. The new owners have a 15-year lease on the place, so a few days won't be any obstacle if they are needed.

I spoke with the owner a few weeks ago. He's aiming for a Sept 11 Patriots day opening. Been a loyal patron for almost 4 decades....I can't wait.
