If you are a typical male then women in this area are a numbers game. Whatever it is you think you have to offer women there are other men who have more of it. Chances are you won't be able to find a woman who thinks you are better than other men out there. If you go after enough women though you will find some who think you are the best they can do at the moment.

QFT. So what you have a nice newer model condo/townhouse in the DMV area and drive a BMW, Audi, or Benz. Even teslas. There are literally 50,000 other G-men like you out here earning 100k+ who can afford that.
So what makes YOU special? Anyone can come up on a car and condo/house with some hustle here in the DMV.
Money is not everything, but not having it is. True, but you also need personality. Most men out here are BORING. Their money (or lack thereof), car, house, politics, and sports are all they have to talk about. Fine to talk about with your fellow man friends but women don't wanna hear all that!!
Shit I have a hispanic neighbor who has only been in this country 5 years and already owns the house he started as a renter.. and a texas edition 2019 F250 (like a 50k truck). I see him going to work in it EVERY day but sunday, when he is washing his truck and grilling outside and passes coronas and plates of food over the fence everytime he sees me outside "eat and drink buddy" "wanna come party with us" with some FINE latinas visiting him smiling and eyeing me and he speaks broken english but he tries to communicate is the point! I decline out of politeness (and COVID) but one day i may take him up on his offer...
Yet there are men in the area still living with their parents drive a 1998 toyota working some BS $12 an hour part time job being over 40 so are failures and complain they can't get a women and they have graduated from Fairfax County public schools AND have some college.
TL;DR No excuse but laziness. Get your shit together before you even try to get a woman, if a Latino fresh off the boat can get it together in 5 years with NO support... why can't YOU.
Sorry for the sideways rant, let me go get some coffee....just saying I'd rather hear the latino man's story than the boring american one.
And if a lazy one gets a woman- he loses her quick when she realizes he is boring and is not moving up in the world just staying stagnant...
