The way Democrats have been acting after SHE LOST Letting people who were convicted of dealing dangerous drugs out of prison early ?? Unconstitutional gun bans not reasonable constitutional regulations ? Healthcare for illegals ?
Judicial activism creating law from the federal bench not in the congress

How did Democrats decide they had the legal authority to change the balance of powers of the US constitution between the executive branch legislative branch and judicial branch with their well know policy of unconstitutional judicial activism undermining the constitutional bedrock this nation stands upon since the founders created our federal government on the principals of a balance of the powers of government to prevent oppression of the people by a political group
