Brakes, garage door torsion springs, A/C testing and charging, a CDL... Just a few easily gained skills that can keep you working around here for as long as you like if you show up as promised and do decent work.

if his wife works IT it probably means she's a gov worker getting a big check and not for IT - for helping steal tax money

only person i know subsidizing gov paycheck (emergency worker) with brake jobs rides a bicycle to save some (and it's healthy) and turned a green card into citizens ship that way (using tax money to protect him)

Just about anybody with some appitude and the knowledge to use a wrench and a screwdriver can fix most cars with a little help from YouTube and Google.

I did the brakes on my 2010 4Runner that a shop wanted $300 for. Took about 2 hours (all 4 wheels) and the cost of the parts (about $100). And i actually had fun doing it.

Good for him and $12K per month seems reasonable, but no way his business does nearly $600K per year unless he has a team of technicians working for him. Assuming that the average job is $400 (simple pads around $200...pads and rotors around $600) he would need to commplete 30 jobs per month or about 1.5 per day which is not a bad pace.

That means LAST YEAR the guy was making about 6000 per month.

And revenues will double again, they claim. Likely ? Really ? Promise us ?
But if they did, that would be 24,000 per month.

12 X 24000 = 288,000. Not 576.

And REVENUE is not TAKE HOME PAY. What, he has NO EXPENSES?

Add up the cost of materials, vans, gas, overhead, insurance, admin, health, VA WorkmansComp Premiums, Obamacare, FederalGovernmentMandatedBirthControlPills and the guy will be lucky to clear 80.000.

And the sonofabich will claim only 32,000 on his 1040 AGI. Typical scammer.
