You made the mistake of thinking that the check was meant to help you.

Every one of the "needed" checks will be in the hands of the rich within days of being cashed.

Let me understand this. You owed the bank money due to your own stupidity and/or your own greed. You stupidly chose to have that same bank be the recipient of Federal payments that were owed to you. And you are bitching about the bank.
