Can anyone recommend a class for first-time homebuyers? Online would be good but irl is fine too.

If you don't have the cash talk to a bank to see what you qualify for.

Then look at homes in that price range. By the cheapest home in the best neighborhood you can. Fix it up. If Trump's reelected sell in a couple years for a massive profit then do it again. If Trump isn't elected say hello foreclosure and goodbye job.
