Why were there so many kids at the stores today? Was FCPS closed for some reason?

Seniors have already committed to a College/University. There is nothing left for them to do at school. As long as they do not do anything that gets them in serious trouble with the school, they are as good as gone. Just waiting for that piece of paper at this point.

Go to the FCPS web site.. print off a copy of the school year calendar, It will give you all the scheduled days they are to be closed and tell you why.

FCPS students only go to class about 10 a month. The rest of the month are holidays and teacher screw off days.

.. I guess you could just look it up everytime you want to check a day.. print it and look at it anytime you want.. suit yourself...

Although we pay no attention to FCPS schedules, we did experience an uptick in business for 27 JAN.
