“National defense airspace” doesn’t mean anything specific, it just means you have to check what the actual restrictions are. This restricted airspace is only from the surface to 2000ft. And the only restriction is that you can’t fly a drone. Also the airspace from 1400-4200ft is already restricted over the area because it’s class C airspace for Richmond International. So I don’t understand why they made the TFR to 2000ft. To operate a drone in class c airspace would require permission from ATC.

Also if you look at a plane finder type website you’ll see a lot of helicopters are flying within that area.

(perhaps g2 is a chinese prisoner or isis member - but definitely knowledgeable of fx co gov from the inside at times). The website operator has told him "not to post or return" (in an existing post by the sysop): not because of a political leaning but for continual illegal and gross spam along with messages that are only to demoralize if not kill others.
