"Require enforcement of current marijuana possession laws with convictions mandated by law to be entered into the federal NCIS "

So Steve D The FXCO Commonwealth cant let narcotics users off the hook by not prosecuting them

What happenings when Steve lets them off the hook or marijuana is decriminalized is sketchy people who use marijuana and get busted for use or possession can buy a gun with a Democrat required background check

Thus providing a loophole around the background check system so gun Strawmen can pass background checks and buy guns for drug dealers and sketchy people can buy their own guns by passing the background checks until they finally acquire a bust that disqualifies them

Strictly enforce all federal firearms laws prosecuting any marijuana possession or use charge with possession of a firearm . As far as marihuana only goes make the penalty very low , pay the fine and go on but NO Guns for narcotics users

Democrats refuse to do this, they play games like Steve D , that cause more gun crimes then Democrats respond with laws punishing law abiding citizens rights to keep and bear arms like Dan Helmers HB 567 in the Virginia General Assembly to ban indoor firing ranges people need to become proficient and safely use their legally possessed guns

If marijuana is legalized in Virginia fine but require all medical use or rec use to also be entered into the NCIS

NO Guns For Narcotics Users

Whose doing the mass shootings , Narcotic marijuana Users . Get It Straight!

Choose one : guns or marijuana not both You Can Not Have Both Legally

"If you have a misdemeanor conviction for use or possession of a controlled substance within the past year or multiple arrests for such offenses within the past 5 years if the most recent arrest occurred within the past year then you cannot purchase a firearm from a licensed dealer."

Marijuana even if legal where it is used is a "controlled substance , a narcotic " under federal law

The above information is From licensed attorneys on the internet . You must check with a attorney licensed in Virginia if this applies to you for determination of your rights to possess a firearm if your convicted of a misdemeanor marijuana use or possession charge

Arrested in Fairfax County for possession of marijuana but Steve D does not prosecute you = No conviction No Problem you buy that gun with a "Catch 22 Loophole " From Steve D the Commonwealth providing you have no other disqualifying background information to deny the sale

While the marijuana leniency certainly doesn't make up for the tyrannical gun laws, it's the only thing the Dems did right. They claim people voted for gun control but really they won because of pot. If the stubborn hypocritical republicans would recognize that it's a personal freedom issue they could easily recoup those votes but they won't. Shot themselves in the foot. A pot head is 100x safer with a gun than an alcoholic. Pot decreases both suicidial and homicidal tendencies while alcohol was proven eons ago to increase those behaviors. I blame the stuck in the mud reefer madness republicans for losing the election just as much as the Democrats are responsible for the Tyranical new gun laws

He was charged with:
1) possession of a firearm on a school property,
2) carrying a concealed weapon without a permit and,
3) removing/altering a serial number of a gun

Let's see, his penalties can be as follows:
1) Class 6 felony and sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of five years to be served consecutively with any other sentence,
2) Class 1 misdemeanor classification, which is punishable by up to 12 months in jail and/or a fine of up to $2,500,
3) Class 6 felony, which is punishable by up to 5 years in jail and/or a fine of up to $50,000.

So, WHAT NEW LAW do you think would prevent this???????

Forget weed just ban all blacks and illegals from having guns. Its a fact that
shootings and other violent crime will drop by over 70%. It would be pretty easy to enforce. It is the best way to protect all Americans!

No gun law would have made a difference. It would only disarm those that wouldn't be a problem to begin with
