So many Virginians have threatened to assassinate Coonman Northam since November that law enforcement is simply ignoring it. If McVeigh hadn't done what he did the second amendment would've been written out completely by now. He didn't know there were kids inside the Federal building but the ATF knew damn well there were children among the brave defenders of the Branch Davidian Church. If the ATF had simply left them alone, no one would have been harmed. They had weeks to make the decision to pack up their tanks and leave them in peace. Waco needed avenging and people like Gary Willis need avenging. McVeigh was not a coward, you are!

I condemn and did at the time what the BATFE did under Janet Reno as AG at Waco and also at Ruby Ridge for the overzealous busts of possession of sawed off shot guns , both men could have been arrested by waiting for them in town , The wait would have been longer for Randy Weaver but in time they would have had him, both would have done some quick time and paid fines as in the nation of crimes both were minor firearms offences although they were federal felonies but there was no compelling reason to proceed so recklessly by the BATFE . No harm would have come to their families or all the innocent children if they had used simple reason but the big desire to make a case overrode their senses egged on by the anti gun Clinton Admin. Both cases were national disgraces and horrific viewing on live TV seeing the armored gas tanks pushing into the buildings that gassed children and shooters alike turning the building into the predicted inferno , pure chicken shit and Americans knew it. It was like seeing US troops assaulting the compound in full violation of the Constitution with the armor borrowed from the military so as not to stain our troops with the carnage . Don't tell me about the FBI sniper who shot Randy's baby in the mothers arms killing the mother at the cabin door, it was sick and Americans know that too.

But two horrors that the government did does not make it right to do the same upon other innocents like McVeigh did . The sick fact was that no one was prosecuted on the federal level for Ruby Ridge and Waco as they should have been and sent to prison for life , however the government learned important lessons there as evidenced by cooler heads handling other similar stand offs with federal authorities over what comes down to exercise of constitutional rights that courts must decide not the people at the scene

Never the less when commanded by a officer of the law to cease and desist Halt or Stop you must comply and that's what the federal and state courts are for after your arrested as no one is their own judge and jury in civil matters of law , a statement the founders would agree with in total agreement.
