Cynthia McAlister biggest DISGRACE to Law Enforcement

Purcellville Police Department Chief Cynthia McAlister is the biggest fraud that has ever DISGRACED a law enforcement uniform.
McAlister is upset all her dirty secrets have been made public that she BLATANTLY LIES and fabricates a data breach. Bottomline Cynthia McAlister is a BRADY VIOLATOR and can NOT be trusted. The obvious mental illness that plagues McAlister is beyond concerning.
Fact #1: Nobody had access to McAlister’s work laptop; ever.
Fact #2: The IT Manager for the Town provided copies of McAlister’s emails on a thumb drive to the Town Manager and several investigators.
Fact #3: Before those thumb drives were released everything was scrubbed of any PII information.
Fact #4: Everything was cataloged and accounted for at the conclusion of the original investigation that completed over TWO YEARS AGO!
Fact #5: Several additional investigators came after the initial investigation
Fact #6: Town Officials (Town Attorney Sally Hanson and Town Admin Hopper McCann rummaged through Mr. Vanagas’ former office and left it completely unlocked and open).
It’s concerning that McAlister is so blinded with hate and rage she thinks it’s ok to spread these lies, simply proves McAlister is mentally unstable and completely unfit for the Office of Police Chief.

Cyndy downloaded proprietary training records onto a thumb drive while in charge of the police academy. Then she retired and took the files with her. THAT ALONE is an Embezzlement = crime. The compromise of over 50 persons information is another separate, distinct CLASS 4 FELONY.
In the VA code if the compromise involves over 1000 people, the VA attorney general needs to be notified without unreasonable delay. 18 months is an unreasonable delay. Pay up Turdcellville and UnFairfux County!
