Anyone else know the right turn off 236 Main St. onto 29N/50E Fairfax Blvd had a street name?

I wouldn't think anyone else is stupid enough to not realize what that designation actually means. So, to answer your question, no, nobody else "knew the right turn off 236 Main St. onto 29N/50E Fairfax Blvd had a street name".
