Ray Morrogh you need to read grievance 15 of the declaration of Independence and think about poor Natasha McKenna, John Geer and Pedophile priest you protected for a minute. That isn't what the Founding Fathers intended. There was very little local popular control over the officials who administered local government in colonial and early post-colonial Virginia.
