the animal hospital is in the middle. there is no low income housing for 10 miles square at least. bergen is all high end retail medidical gov (middle) surrounded by luxury single family dwellings with pools in the back yard (check google maps)

checking google you'll quickly see large flat areas of cultivated prepared land (FARM LAND FEEDING NYC SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO IMPORT FOOD)

NJ has been like a Luxembourg - heaven on earth, eden, and an important food supply
seeing it turned senseless pulte home real estate is just insane (again note that un-farmed areas = ie hilly rocky soil - these areas pulte homes stayed away from to save a dime on digging foundations !!!!)
there's "a little garden left" but the farms are becoming more cut up and smaller and turned to urban sprawl quickly as pulte can build them in effect
