the SS Admin is run in Maryland near beach and gambling facilities, 80% of empoyees are women seeking "more time at the beach" (this happened during Clinton "minority mandatory hiring" days)

VISA, MasterCard and every bank in America process billions of transactions every month on millions of accounts, and do it accurately. SSA gets 40+ years to know you and your account and gets it wrong far too often. They claim it's due to having old equipment; I'm afraid that new equipment would just let them screw up faster.
