anyone who's used local VEC offices know they are illegal aliens getting gov pay and use Microsoft computers, and the (during McAuliffe) zero government jobs were on the computers: ZERO. the con artist then try to push you into using government bought government maintained microsoft computers (instead of a cell) to look for min. wage local employment.

B. The funding authorized in this Item shall be made available to support space renovations, enhancements, equipment, and facility construction related to the initiative to increase the number of bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science and closely related fields, consistent with the provisions of Item 475, paragraph W of this act.
