More evidence Iran attacked Saudi oil fields: no one is claiming why they did it, there was no warning.
And that's the mode of operation of ISIS and Iran.
Senseless shameless attacks of greed. No admission of guilt. No reason. No string of warnings.
One's first guess is OPEC fighting over price agreements (hopefully a thing of the past): but reporters and saudi have not said a word about OPEC. BUt that first guess is, according to news, wrong.
1,000 news articles none have any clear evidence Saudi had been warned they should change (price) or be attacked. All are subjecture.
It was an attack from the blue still unexplained. And that spells terrorism.
Wall Street Journal: Houthi militants in Yemen have warned foreign diplomats that Iran is preparing a follow-up strike to the missile and drone attack that crippled Saudi Arabia’s oil industry a week ago, people familiar with the matter said.
The people Iran and CNN blamed for the attack are saying Iran will do it again.

On the other hand, if Yemen was angry with Saudi over increased oil production (OPEC) and simply didn't bother to put it on paper or in the news: that would be more "normal" and short term disagreement.
But which is it? Iran/China would jump at excuses to make a terrorist attack appear to be an old reason.
And where are all the terror attacks on China? Some of China's out-flung countries (malaysia?) are taking ISIS immigrants and not outlawing ISIS. That is a red flag in explaining things.

That's not all: China has gone as far as to introduce a "new currency" that "cannot be redeemed by American companies or USA", for use in trading with Iran and other (belt and road) projects*
