Spring Awakening to be staged by HS students

The content was considered to be too mature to be staged at McLean High, so the theater students, with other actors from schools aroung the area will stage it at the McLean Firehouse Center tomorrow (Saturday the 14th) and on Sunday.

Three shows- they added an AM show on Sunday. I saw it today- lights, band and stage all fit into the firehouse amazingly.

I saw the Spring Awakening on Broadway, starring Lea Michele. Great show, very clever, especially the nudity. No wonder the McLean Firehouse had to add three shows.
