Can someone explain this shit

If i’m in a car and I drive too slow, I can recieve a ticket for impeding traffic. But if i’m on a Bicycle, I can hog up an entire lane, go 25 miles below the speed limit and impede traffic and this is ok? Can someone explain this shit to me.

A properly maintained car is capable of operating at the prevailing speed of the traffic. That isn't true of a bicyclist. It also isn't true of tractors and some kinds of self propelled machinery and horse drawn vehicles. They aren't ticketed for travelling below the prevailing rate of traffic either.

Are you in the left most lane or the right lane? Virginia did pass a law about cars in the left lane - https://www.whsv.com/content/news/Virginia-law-targets-slow-left-lane-drivers-479440683.html . If on a bike, for safety sake, stay as far right in the rightmost lane, if a parallel bike or other paved trail is not available.
