Atlanta bans electric scooters at night. Atlanta nigger gov will of course be seeking damages - and has begun by making a law outlawing them so they appear illegal in some way.

IT'S ALREADY ILLEGAL EVERYWHERE to use anything with wheels without proper lighting at night.
