Meade you never went to college so obviously you don’t know that kids never get a manager job right out of graduation high school or college but you are operating off delusions anyway. Meade you never even had a job so you can’t relate you still live at home with your dad and always have as an old man, loser!

My tips:

1) Come in with knowledge of the company. Do your research. Don't stare back blankly when they ask "what do you know about us?"

2) Express more than anything else that your goal is to solve the company's problems/needs, not for the company to solve yours. And in that respect, you're flexible.

3) Have success stories available, even if they are from college projects.

Be 15 minutes early.
Turn off your phone.
No cologne.
Don’t say “like” every other word.
Relax but show enthusiasm.
