This has always been what libtards are after. If a result is "disproportionate" - meaning more niggers and beaners get suspended - then the policy must be racist.

They pretend that it's impossible that niggers could possibly be committing more offenses than others. That simply isn't possible in the libtard world.

I've been warning for over a year that FCPS is trying to emulate other prog school districts by normalizing anti-social behavior. Thank god my kids are out of FCPS now.

Everyone knows how this ends. In sum, kids will now have to put up with anti-social and sometimes criminal behavior.

This can't end well.

It's the entirely ridiculous legal theory of "disparate impact." It is and has been the law of the land for about four decades now, and it is at the heart of nearly everything wrong in this country today.

The Civil Rights Act was national suicide.

The powers that be -- keep voting for them -- don't understand the fact that some groups don't want to "act white," i.e. conform to behaving in society. Their single mothers don't get any respect after some point and this transfers to authority at large...

I, too, am glad that blanche, jr. is out of FCPS.

All of the problems listed above are just a symptom of where this country is headed, and the ultimate resolution of these, and other issues will be horrific.

I agree but how will the fireworks start? 2020 election? sooner? later? who will the combatants be? will the states divide in organized warfare? will it be militias? insurgents/guerrilla warfare? a prolonged deadly riot like the arab spring in egypt?

It will be liberal socialist cities vs law abiding Americans.

Not everyone in any one state is the issue, but the cities like Los Angles, San Fran, NY, Chicago.

Look at Texas as a state, but then there is the city of Austin following the path of San Francisco.

This is why they are after the 2nd Amendment.

divide and conquer

democrats now they cant take all the guns at once. they started with "felons". under common law there were only a handful of "felonies" which cost people their civil rights - usually at the end of a rope. now there are thousands of nonviolent felonies on the books making for a hefty demographic to demonize and disarm. and the violent felons, who should be hung, are out in two years because democrats want to perpetuate violence to sell their agenda. the bulk of the murder rate comes from gangs but dems dont like this inconvenient truth one bit! dont get me started on home invasion in the UK and Oz since the bans.. truly horrific stories and stats there.

Now they have moved on to the "mentally ill", the most vulnerable among us, who are several times more likely to be victimized and yet commit violent acts at a similar rate to the rest of the population. and 40 million Americans took psychotropic drugs last year - which is a whole 'nother can of worms in itself but digress.. In every other context, dems cry stigma for the mentally ill - let the trannies mutilate their genitals, let the violent schizos out of long term care etc. when it comes to guns they cry suicide despite substantial data from gun free countries demonstrating that desperate people will always find a way. they cry mass shooting despite the odds of being killed by lightning being higher. they cry domestic violence but rates for this are also similar in gun free zones. the personal nature of domestic murder makes knives the weapon of choice even where guns are common.

I dont really want to know which demographic will be demonized and disarmed next TBH. eventually they will move to ban the sale of ammunition. In some blue states ammo purchases are already heavily restricted. "safe storage" laws are disguised as an attempt to save kids from accidents but eddie the eagle taught me the rules before I could even read.. the real reason they want guns locked and registered is to prevent resistance when they go door to door, which wont happen until a few more multimillion strong "categories" have been demonized in the public eye and ammo has been banned. this could take a few years or a few decades but sadly they will succeed eventually, smartphones are the ultimate collectivist brainwashing tool. millenials are hunting more than gen X but archery is slowly overtaking firearms. the people are so complacent and so ignorant and the dems love it! I just hope Im dead and gone by the time they are completely banned. Id rather die than live under the boot

Making a thread that's just a link is a dick move.

I am not going to say much on this thread, because of the many stupid comments. But, I am looking at some of these changes and the new regulation. I think FCPS did some stupid stuff with discipline in the past. It is too bad that the Chool board has responded this way, though. They learned the wrong lesson. If you don't like the way kids are disciplined, just change the rules and let them do whatever.

I know from my kids how the kids at school just take for granted that they can do just about anything at school and definitively can say Anyang they want to to adults. I thought they were exaggerating, but did some volunteering and saw it over and over. Not an expert, this is just what I saw in only a handful of times in the hallways and on field trips during school. With the school board leading this way, it is not going to get better. I am worried about our schools and the kids who go to them to, oh let me think, learn. Not a prude or anything, but I think we should at least expect the schools to expect kids follow the rules and the law. Pretty basic.

Make more $$$$ to send your kids to a school your comments can have an effect on......
Not necessarily private school either.
High property values=better schools.

It was bound to happen. Knee jerk political response to make people feel good in an election year. Make a few happy because it doesn't take many votes to win a school board election. Drugs, gangs, call the teacher a b*!ch... just don't suspend my little angel or he may get mad. Kids will be kids, let it go. It's the teschers' fault anyway.
